Surface finishing

Starting with a 4in x 3in x 2.5in block of prototyping foam, I was required to construct an amorphous shape that must include both concave and convex features, and a continuous sharp edge circumnavigating the object. After shaping, the form was then coated in resin, leveled with primer, painted, and finished with the addition of the welded steel legs.
