Plywood bicycle

After being told, "It's not quite right for the assignment, but I'll let it slide, as I'd love to see that!" by my professor, I was given the green light to design and construct a plywood bicycle.
Hand sketches were turned into Solidworks models, scale prototypes using a laser cutter, and finally Baltic birch plywood was cut with the aid of a WaterJet. The frame was glued, planed, sanded, and finished before wheels were attached and I rode the bicycle to my final critique.
Materials: Baltic Birch Plywood, 1/8" Plate Steel, Assorted Bicycle Components
